Timee, Inc. (hereinafter “The Company” or “we”) operates services such as “Timee,” an on-demand job platform, “Timee Travel,” which allows you to feel like you are traveling while you work, and “Timee Labo,” an owned media that transmits information about gig work and work styles, under the vision of ‘helping individuals create more valuable time’. We are fully aware of our social mission to protect all personal information handled by the company, and we comply with all laws and regulations regarding the safety of the rights of individuals and personal information. In addition, we hereby declare that we have established a personal information protection management system to realize the following policy and that the whole company is committed to its continuous improvement, always being aware of the latest trends in IT technology, changes in social demands, and changes in the business environment.

  1. We shall not be liable in any of the following cases.

  • If you reveal your personal information to a third party through the functions of our service or by other means
  • When you can be identified by information disclosed by you on our service.

13. Procedures for Changing the Privacy Policy

We will change this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this policy”) as necessary. However, in the event that a change is made to this Policy that requires the consent of the user under the law, the changed Policy shall apply only to those users who have agreed to the change in the manner prescribed by the Company. In the event that the Company changes this Policy, the Company will publicize or notify the User of the effective date and content of the changed Policy by displaying the revised Policy on the Company’s website or by other appropriate means.

Procedures for Requesting Retained Personal Data

With respect to personal information subject to disclosure handled by the Company, the Company may request that the person in question (including his/her agent. Identification Method

  • One copy of a photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) or two copies of an ID without a photo (health insurance card, pension book, etc.)
  • In the case of a proxy, in addition to the above, a letter of attorney and documents verifying the identity of the proxy

In the case of a request for disclosure of specified personal information, we will confirm the identity of the applicant and his/her representative in accordance with laws, regulations, and national guidelines.
